Our team consulting is a service offered to you by your company. If you and your employer like, our professional consultants would be happy to come to you. Consulting should begin as early as possible, while you are still employed and working. In one-day workshops or workshops held over several days, we first give you important tips about the job application process, help with application documents, advice about self-marketing, interviews and accessing the job market. Ask about one-on-one sessions if you are apprehensive about expressing your fears and talking about job performance in a group.

Job Center and individual consulting: We leave nothing to chance

We open a job application center in your company – the Job Center. Individual employees are trained here to offer support and advice to you and your colleagues. There are also job offers at the Job Center which have not been advertised, as our job researchers can also search for jobs in the hidden job market using their contacts. Von Rundstedt HR Partners estimates that about 80 percent of all jobs today are filled without advertising. Applying for jobs on your own initiative (initiative job applications) and our targeted communication with companies is essential. We train interview techniques with you, as well as initiative job application. To start, all employees receive a workbook with training tasks and a personal consultant, with whom you have regular meetings. Your consultant also monitors your progress and offers support.
